Phantom Jam

I can never figure out the KL traffic.

You're stuck in a jam for like 45 never-ending minutes,
speculating that there might be an accident upfront
or a road block etc...

Then all of the sudden,
the jam clears up.

Doesn't make sense!
What caused the jam in the first place?

ARGH!
